Terabyte Computer is a home-based business located at 1780 Buffalo Rd in the town of Gates, a suburb of Rochester NY.
We have customers in the Rochester area as well as parts of Orleans County. While we don't have
set business hours, we are generally available between 8am and 9pm Monday - Saturday.
We're closed on Sundays, except for extreme emergencies.

Your call to us is risk free! If we can't fix your PC's problem, there's no charge! It's that simple.
Allow us to explain:
It's not often you can have work done on anything, and only pay once you are satisfied that the problem is resolved. For example, when you take your car to a shop to have a problem checked out, the first thing they usually say is "We'll have to check the car over first, that will cost you $30 (or more). Then, IF we find the problem, we'll start billing you from there." If you decide to have someone else work on your car after they've tried to fix it but failed, you're still out 30 bucks. (Been there, done that!)
Whereas no one can fix ALL computer problems, in the rare instance we can't help you, we won't charge you.
We think it's only fair.
