Commercial agreements include monthly maintenance. Residential agreements include bi-monthly maintenance.
What's included in an Annual Maintenance Agreement?
ALL ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
- Apply any service packs or critical security updates that need to be installed to help ward off potential hackers.
- Verify that your Antivirus is up to date and functioning correctly.
- Purge Temporary Internet Files and Windows Temp Files which can slow down your computer and fill up hard drive space.
- Scan for and remove any Viruses, Adware and Spyware.
- Verify that back ups are working correctly by restoring a file.
- Check the health of hard disk drives, the capacity and the amount of usage.
- Since dust accumulates inside your system (preventing critical components from cooling properly), we physically clean your system as well.
- Install any programs that are needed.
- Uninstall programs that are no longer used.
- Prevent unneeded programs from auto-starting when the computer starts, which makes it run faster.
- Address any other specific issues that do not warrant a specific visit.
Unscheduled visits at a reduced rate
- Commercial customers: $50/hr
- Residential customers: $40/hr
How Much Does an Annual Maintenance Agreement Cost?
Below is a guideline for pricing. Actual costs may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your network and services required.
Business Customers
$150/month for up to 5 computers ($1,500/year with advance payment).
+$20/month ($200/year) for each additional computer at the same location. (ie. 6 computers = $170/month)
1 year commitment required.
Residential Customers
$50/month for one system ($500/year with advance payment).
+$20/month ($200/year) for each additional computer at the same location. (ie. 2 computers = $70/month)
1 year commitment required.
