GATES, NY, Feb 1, 2012 - Terabyte Computer, a local computer repair business, recently announced it is offering in-home repair services for Monroe and Orleans County residential customers. Mark Miller, owner and sole proprietor of Terabyte Computer, says the Rochester area is in need of the service. “Too many times I’ve heard customers tell me they aren’t sure where cables get plugged back into their system after they’ve taken it to a shop for repair. With in-home service, they don’t need to unplug anything; I’ll come to them.” said Miller. “If the repair will be too lengthy for an in-home visit, I’ll disconnect the computer and bring it to my shop, then deliver it and set it back up after it’s fixed, all for no additional cost.”

Terabyte Computer originally began offering its services in Orleans County in 1998 on a part time basis. After relocating to Gates recently, services are now being offered full time in both Orleans and Monroe County. In addition to computer repair services, Terabyte Computer also custom builds PCs, configures and troubleshoots both wired and wireless networks, and offers repairs that many consultants avoid, such as laptop DC jack and LCD screen replacements.
